Once designs are created, reviewed and approved by the Client, the next step is to start purchasing all the approved goods on behalf of the Client. As easy it may seem, this is a very intense and time-consuming process that is imperative for the success of the project.
We will take measurements and photos of the selected space, and start working on floor plans, layouts, elevations and renderings. This is also when design brainstorming begins! Inspirational ideas, design boards, and extensive questionnaires will help us to develop a perfect and unique design!
You will receive our Interior Design Fee Proposal on the same business day. Once approved, you will be able to sign design services agreement and pay 50% retainer fee. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
During initial design consultation we will look at the space, define the scope of work, and discuss the details of your project. We do not provide with interior design advice or layout suggestions at this stage.

5 CONSTRUCTION PHASE
This is the phase when the project comes to life! Permits are obtained, renovation crews are ready to start, furnishings and finishes are ordered and received! In a matter of a few weeks you will enjoy your newly renovated space!

Purchasing and Procurement
- Place orders, manage and arrange deliveries for selected furnishings and finishes to the Client's residence.
- Facilitate returns/exchanges for damaged goods and find a replacement for out of stock items.
- Designer will meet at the offsite locations with clients, fabricators, and vendors for furnishings and finish selections.

Design Management
- Designer will visit job site during the construction phase, and communicate with the General Contractor to ensure work is completed in accordance with design plans and drawings approved by the Client.
- We will collaborate with Contractors for any construction issues along the way that may affect the design plans.

- Final inspection/walk through after construction phase is completed.
