Our Design Only Service is perfect for those seeking conceptual support and expert guidance on new builds, remodels, renovations, and furnishings projects to help you visualize and plan your dream space.
What You will Receive:
2D Plans/Layout: Two layout options per space to help you find the best configuration.
3D Renders: Four to six views per space to give you a realistic preview of the final design.
Concept Presentation and Meeting: A detailed presentation with our design direction recommendations, including furnishings and finishes. For example, instead of providing specific paint codes or brands, we might suggest "off-white paint with a warm undertone."
Please note, we do not handle sourcing, provide links, or specifications for furniture, furnishings, and finishes. Clients are responsible for their own purchasing and project management.
Home Styling
This service is designed for clients seeking professional interior design expertise and beautifully styled accessories and furnishings. With our in-home styling service, you can unwind while our luxury interior designers enhance your space. We carefully select pieces to harmonize with your current decor, ensuring a unified look throughout your home.

DESIGN PROCESS
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Once the scope of work and goals are outlined, we begin creating the vision for your home using inspiration photos, mood boards, floor plans + elevations to convey the overall look and feel.
Timeline | 2-4 weeks from the project start date.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
After you approve the design direction and we have your feedback on our concept presentation, we get to work detailing every space and sourcing all of the finishes, fixtures, materials, and furnishings. This is reviewed with you and up to 2 rounds of revisions are made. Then, our design team puts together a detailed specifications guide for your contractor (if applicable).
Timeline | 4-8+ weeks after the concept presentation meeting.
PURCHASING & PROCUREMENT
After you approve the design direction and we have your feedback on our concept presentation, we get to work detailing every space and sourcing all of the finishes, fixtures, materials, and furnishings. This is reviewed with you and up to 2 rounds of revisions are made. Then, our team puts together a detailed specifications guide for your contractor (if applicable).
Timeline | 4-8+ weeks after the concept presentation meeting.
INSTALLATION & STYLING
During this phase, we will prepare an electronic construction specifications binder for your contractor containing all the details needed to execute our vision perfectly. During the construction phase, you can expect ongoing communication and site visits as needed to ensure our vision is coming together as planned. We’re on hand throughout the entire design process to answer questions and provide clarity for your general contractor and subcontractors.

DESIGN MANAGEMENT
When construction is complete, our team will schedule a date for delivery and placement of your furnishings and decor. From throw pillows to artwork, we make sure everything comes together exactly as you envisioned and has the perfect finishing touches.
Timeline Installation is scheduled once all items are in. Styling & photography is scheduled after installation based on availability.
