Hillview
In our latest project, we had the pleasure of transforming a home built in 1980, blending modern elements with old world charm to create a cohesive and inviting space. We began by reworking the floor plans to enhance the flow of the main areas, ensuring a seamless transition throughout the house.
Attention to detail was paramount. We incorporated moldings, arches, reeded glass, and a palette of warm and soft neutral colors to achieve the desired aesthetic. Fixtures were carefully selected, combining aged brass and polished nickel for a sophisticated touch. The warm-tone hardwood floors, laid in a herringbone pattern, flow effortlessly from the dining room to the kitchen and breakfast area.
The off-white cabinets in the kitchen are complemented by natural stone quartzite Taj Mahal countertops and backsplash. Upper cabinets feature hidden outlets and LED ambient accent lighting, adding both functionality and elegance.
In the master bathroom, we opted for cooler tones, using large-scale porcelain tiles paired with marble mosaics and countertops. The vanity is painted in a beautiful gray-blue shade, accented by aged brass hardware and light fixtures, alongside polished nickel plumbing fixtures and mirrors, creating a serene and stylish retreat.
